In a world that is constantly moving, stillness is rare pleasure. It’s in the stillness between movement where we learn the deepest lessons.
Yoga has been part of my life for over 13 years. As both a philosophy and a practice, it has helped me strengthen and soften - physically, mentally, and emotionally - and it has become both a love and a passion.
As a qualified teacher in vinyasa, ashtanga, yin yoga, and yoga nidra, I have over 7 years of experience teaching classes, coaching individuals, and working with businesses. When you work with me, you can expect a practice that is tailored, playful, and meaningful, guided by the breath to deepen awareness and reconnect with your body.
