Nutritional therapy is a personalised & holistic approach to health that looks far beyond superfoods, trends or restriction. It’s about understanding how your body works - your digestion, hormones, energy, mood - and using food and lifestyle to bring things back into balance. Through clinical assessment, nutritional science, and a practical look at your day-to-day habits, we uncover what your body actually needs to function well; and how to implement this to enable you to take power back into your hands.
What is Nutritional therapy?
Why it matters to me
For me, food has always been deeply personal, but in the past decade I’ve seen how much power it holds too. I’ve seen how quickly what we eat can change how we feel, how the right protocol can completely revitalise, and how empowering knowledge of your own body can be.
My approach is shaped both by years of study and my own journey through fatigue, stress and autoimmune issues. Nutrition was one of my first steps towards reconnecting with my body, and understanding what was going on under the surface. I want to help others find that same sense of connection and knowledge, to understand the root cause and find sustainable paths to change.
How we’ll work together
Our work begins with a 60 minute consultation, where we explore your symptoms, medical history, routines and the patterns behind them. From there, I’ll build a tailored plan that might include dietary shifts, targeted supplements, and lifestyle recommendations around sleep, stress management and movement.
Each session is collaborative - we’ll adapt the plan as your body responds, so the changes feel realistic, sustainable and kind. My aim is not just to improve your health markers, but to help you feel more at home and aware in your body.
